OK, we have drifted... way too far, but we are going back on low carb. Why? Because it works. The family has a big event in June and we have to get in shape for it.
Soooo..... I'll be posting what we are eating, new finds, etc.
My husband has already lost five pounds, I didn't weigh myself when I started. Daughter is on it but not really keeping track, and the son eats what is in front of him.
Even though it is the middle of winter here and we still have two feet of snow on the ground, the grill has been our friend. Flank steak, chicken breast, cheeseburgers... all gets cooked on the grill and tastes simply amazing. Hubby went and cleared off snow from the patio, obstensibly to make sure it didn't go into the house when it melted, but we got a clear bonus from that effort as well.
