Hi Kath!
This is toooooo weird -- I seriously started trying low carb dieting again around the same time you did. And I also stocked the kitchen with the right foods and snacks. I told the husband and kids not to expect any potatoes or rice, etc. with meals. Good luck to you! We can support each other. Happy Easter!

I just wanted to add to the "REALLY Going Back on Low Carb"! I also started "Atkins" April 3rd. Best of luck to you and all the other low-carbers too. Thank-you for this website-I just found it 2 days ago as I was searching for recipes, ideas, etc. The info found here is a great help! Thanks, Tina
