I checked with my local Market Basket about the Carbwell Cereal bars since the shelves were empty. The grocery manager even let me look at the grocery order book. Listed were 5 varieties of the new South Beach Carbwell bars. He said that the listings usually go in the grocery book a few weeks before they make it to the store.
Of course, I begged to know when they were coming in. He called me today and said that they might be in by this Thursday.... so, if you don't have a Costco around and are eagerly awaiting their arrival to try the new flavors, check your store this week. Please let me know if they have come into your local store! State, city, and chain name appreciated!
I have been getting the South Beach Carbwell Cereal Bars for 3 weeks at the Krogers where I shop. There were 3 kinds there - Maple Nut - Cranberry Almond - Chocolate. I bought the first two. They are delicious. The other South Beach product I bought that is very good is the Whole Grain Crunch Cereal with Almonds. This is very good. Not like the cardboard Texture that some of the Low Carb cereals have. I am going to try some of the frozen foods next.

The Osco where I live has a new display rack of South Beach meal replacement bars with a stack of pamphlets containing diet info. Each pamphlet has a coupon for seventy-five cents off South Beach products, including the cereal bars. It's not quite as good a deal as the dollar-off coupons on the Carb Well boxes, but it's something. I'm still waiting for the cereal bars to show up, but in the meantime I can collect coupons!

South Beach Cereal Bars are in stock at the Ralph's Fresh Fare in Mission Viejo, California - for locals, Alicia and Trabuco...

Cub Foods has the cereal bars on sale for $0.99. Beware, though. Not all of South Beach things are as low carb as you think. One of the cereal bars (can't remember the flavor) has at least 10g net in it.

I just wish that the SouthBeach Bars didn't have palm oil in them!

I love the south beach cereal bars. I also have been eating their frozen dinners. Great tasting. I wish there were more products from them.
