This is the time for low carb bargains on new products. Also, visit places like Big Lots or Cheese Trader's or other closeout specialists to get deals on low carb products that have phased out. (You may like them while others didn't.)
If you don't have these exact stores, check them out, because many times sales are started by a vendor and other chains will have them as well.
Market Basket

- Joseph's Hommus Dip, can be eaten in moderation, look for ones with lowest carbs, highest fiber!
- Waist Watcher 3 2 liter bottles for $2, sweetened with Splenda.
- Triple washed spinach 99 cents a 10 oz. bag.
- California Broccoli 99 cents a bunch.
- Cole Salw or Shredded lettuce 99 cents a bag.
Shaws
Effective Friday, January 7 through Thursday, January 13.
- Shaw's Split boneless chicken breat $1.99 a lb.
- Stawberries 2 for $5 (16 oz. containers).
- Blueberries 2 for $5 container
- Edy's Carb Benefit ice cream 2 for $5. This is a fabulous price! They are the only store around that carries the chocolate chip, which is my daughter's favorite. It isn't "authorized" to be carried at Market Basket.
- Hood Carb Countdown Yogurt 10/$6
- Hood Carb countdown Smoothies 4/$5
- Bird's Eye Frozen Bagged or Poly veggies 10 for $10, this seems like the type with no sauce, which is good!
- Joseph's Low Carb Pita or Tortilla $2.19. I buy these for lunches every week!
- Shaw's is also clearing out many low carb items and reducing the prices until they are gone. Check the low carb aisle.
Stop & Shop

- Edy's Ice Cream 1/2 price. Stop & Shop is starting to carry the low carb version, but not sure about the chocolate chip.
