These prices are primarily effective for Friday, December 3, through Saturday, December 11.  Now includes coupons and low carb drugstore offerings!

• Turkey Hill Ice Cream 2 for $5, unlike other chains, Market Basket usually includes low carb versions in their sales
• Boca Meatless Delights 8 oz. to 12 oz. package (some of these are low carb)
• Bonless Sirloin Tip Steaks or Kabobs $3.49 a lb.
• Jimmy Dean Products, sausage links, tray pack sausage links, sausage roll $2.69

• Maple Grove Low Carb Dressing 2 for $3 (haven't seen this before)

• Edy's Ice Cream (buy one get one free) This is the only place where I have found Edy's chocolate chip. (I think this probably includes the low carb versions because it says all varieties.)

• Ba-Tampte Deli Pickles $2.99 (have to check the carb count, but these are my faves!)
• Breakstone sour cream 99 cents

Walgreen's

• Whitman's Net Carb Sampler $4.99 with coupon, limit 3
• Soda 12 packs 3/$8 Diet 7-up, A&W, Sunkist
• Deerfield Farms Nuts 2 for $5 (almonds and pistachios and cashews).
• Arizona No Carb Arizona Tea 2 for $5, one gallon.
• Truffelinos Sugar Free Chocolates $5.99. (haven't heard of these)
• Pepsi 2 liter sodas 89 cents

CVS

CVS has a huge low carb section, they also have huge prices, for example, the Carborite Toaster Tarts were over $5 a box! I'll add CVS to my list to do a complete review.

• Russell Stover checkout candy 2 for 88 cents with card (assume it includes sugar free version)

Brooks

• Russell Stover and Whitman's chocolates (don't know if they include low carb or sguar free versions)

• Coke products 99 cents, 2 liter

Coupons

Lots of coupons leading up to the holidays! Probably worth it to buy a paper or get the coupons from the Saturday/Sunday circulars from a friend/relative who doesn't bother looking at them. The big problem is that most companies are pushing their high calorie foods until December... and when they picture products, they don't picture the low carb versions as well, including Ragu, etc.,  but there might be some good ones.

• Save $1 on any Tetley Tea variety
• Boston Market coupons $2 off any $10 purchase $4 off $20
• Save $1 off any 2 packages of Jones sausage (I prefer Jimmy Dean I think)
• Chicken of the Sea seafood in a pouch save $1 off 2 (check the carb counts on these, imitation crab is known for tons of sugar!) also have clams, oysters, shrimp and premium crab.
• Welch's Light 1/2 calories for grape and white grape, save $1 (probably better for the kids).
• Save on Hormel products, $1.50 off two pepperoni items
• Save $1 off two packages of Breakstone sour cream 16 oz. or larger
• Save $1 on two cans of redpack tomoatoes 14.5 oz or larger

• Save $1 on Ocean Spray Light Cranberry juice
• Save $1 on any 2 Dragone cheese products
• Save $1 off Marzetti refrigerated Blue Cheese dressing (1 carb)

For all the fellow low-carbers in the world, I have recently dicovered the value of a turnip. It has only 2 net carbs, .1 gram of fat, 16 calories per .5 cup and can be used like potatoes! Check them out!
