Thank goodness I only purchased two packs of these to try, and I purchased them at Big Lots for 99 cents so I am only out $2 for something that I will throw into the garbage can. (I can't save them or my husband can't sell them on ebay because they are open.)
I received the same blech! response from every member of the family as well. If this product goes to the low carb graveyard, I think there will only be one mourner -- a checkout girl at Big Lots. She said that she was the only one who liked them, and she received lots of free packages from the other cashiers who purchased them and wanted to get rid of them.
The only upside is that one serving size equals a ton of these things -- if you could stand them.
If you differ, better go out and buy some and post your rebuttal in the comments soon, because, otherwise, I think these things will be gone.

I think the Q-smart chips are very good. These are the best low calorie, low carb snack around. I guess if you're used to eating high fat snacks all the time, they might not taste so good, but I would be very unhappy to see them go away as would some of my coworkers.

Well, I love the Q-smart snacks. I really love the Cheddar flavor. I also purchased mine at Big Lots. I'm really sorry they are out of the Cheddar flavor. That's because my friend and I purchased them all.

I got some from my mom, and fell in love with them! I went back to Big Lots and bought every bag (only 6, darn it!) that they had left. I wish I knew where to get more, because I would stockpile them! :)

I just tasted this and it is really good. I have been on the atkins diet for about 8 years and these is one of the best snacks i have seen. :P
P.S. I started atkins when i was 10 :P

Wow! I like them also. I think they taste great for being a low carb breakfast option. And they are very healthy for you, and not loaded with all those sugars that most bars have stuffed into them. Try the peanut butter/chocolate chip bars.

I love Q-smart chips. They are the best low-carb snack out there. My family all love them and they aren't doing low carb. I much prefer the scheddar cheese flavor. Only problem is finding them - they are like goldust.

I just discovered these at Target. They had tons of them there. I picked up a bag of each. I LOVE THEM!!! I am new to dieting and have been reducing my starchy cards. These really hit the mark. The chedder are my favorites as they remind me of cheese doodles. I am calling Quaker tomorrow to praise them for this GREAT product. I especially like that they are high in protein. Name ANY other snack food that has that! So if you are looking for these, try Target, just leave some for me.

I found them at Target last week. I bought one bag one day and went in the next day and bought all they had left. this week there's nothing there but there is a small grey dot sticker on the lable marking the place on the shelf where they go. I don't know if this lable means new product or discontinued or something else. I'll have to check out a big lots and see if I can find them there.

I think the Q-Smart bars are great, especially the cranberry almond and I hope they continue to make them. I'm having some problems finding them now.

I think the Q smart crisps are GREAT! Have to keep myself from eating the whole bag, though- They taste just like the flavored rice cakes. I found mine at Wal-mart in Phoenix and at a Safeway in North Scottsdale. thanks for the Biglots tip because mine were 2.50 a bag!

I tried the Q Smart crisps and think they were great. The only problem is I'm having trouble finding them in stores.

Oh no! They are horrible. I have not had the chips but the bars, Cranberry Almond, are so gross. All you taste is the artificial sweetner (too sweet). Maybe if they cut back on the sweetner I will reconsider. I bought them in a regular store and paid full price :-( Big mistake. Now I'm worried about tasting the chips but I'll try anything once.

I love them, absolutely. You can't do better if you are watching carbs, and looking for protein in a snack. The trouble is: they are being discontinued everywhere I look. Don't understand this.

Ug I thought these things were HORRID. My dog wouldn't even eat them, she just looked at me like i was crazy and walked away. I'm glad somebody likes them because woo they were nasty in my opinion.

I love the Qsmart bars, especially the chocolate. The thing about these, I am becoming intollerant to sugar alcohol, and these don't have as much as other low carb bars. My tummy thanks me. I am having trouble finding them, but I did happen onto Walgreens.com and they have them for 4.49 a box. Walmart carries them, but not always the chocolate. Hope this helps someone.

I really love the Q-Smart bars, esp the Chocolate Peanut Butter. I have not tried the chips. The bars are mostly soy, so if you don't like the tast of soy nuts, don't bother. I happen to like them very much!

The Q-Smart Cranberry Vanilla Almond bar is the best sugar free snack for diabetics. It satisfies one's desire for a sweet taste without the sugar. I am hoping that Quaker doesn't pull the plug on this product.

I have a feeling that Quaker is in the process of discontinuing the Q-Smart bars. I've been eating at least 2 a day for the past year, so I'll truly miss them.
I've called Quaker and they're telling me that they're NOT discontinued, but they are no where to be found in the Chicago area (trust me, I've called everywhere that Quaker said stocked them) Oh well : (

Me too! Where are these? I'm ready to drive to Quaker and get some real answers, they are no where to be found here in FL anymore and they've always flown off the shelves as is.

Yep! They're officially discontinued. Quaker wasted my time and gas by continually telling me, over a period of 3 weeks, that they could be found at various stores. Finally, last week, they said that they were discontinuing them.
They sold well here too, so I don't understanding their decision.
