Folks.... I have been diligently looking for low carb Easter goods for my kids' baskets. The only place I have found anything is CVS with Russell Stover chocolate bunnies and chocolate pecan eggs.
Has anyone else found any other stuff anywhere?

I really like this cookbook. I love the recipe for a low-carb crust. She uses the spice thyme quite a lot, but I just substitute that for Old Bay Seasoning or something else.

I just saw a bag of sugar free "JELLY BELLY" jelly beans...might be nice to sprinkle on some easter grass in a basket. This was at FRED MEYER in Bremerton Washington...
I am running down to "WALGREN'S" drugstore to see if they have any sugar free Easter Items....they are usually pretty good about that.
