Pecan Chicken -- it helps to have ground nuts on hand.

Grind pecans to a powder in the food processor. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, whatever, etc. to taste.

Roll boneless chicken breasts through a beaten egg, then press into the pecan mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so. Until the chicken is done.

Serve with salad, steamed veggies, etc.

The pecans add a distinctive sweetness, which can be interesting when combined with the more exotic peppers.

If you remove the noodles from a hamburger helper dish and the milk will that reduce the carbs enough for induction?
