While you are there, check out the selection of low carb candy bars at Wal-mart, you can't beat their prices. Wal-mart also carries pork rinds, which are hard to find in the northeast. (Although, I only use them for breading.)

I really like this cookbook. I love the recipe for a low-carb crust. She uses the spice thyme quite a lot, but I just substitute that for Old Bay Seasoning or something else.

very dissapointed with this product, too sweet, strange after taste. Not as good as the old Chocolate shake. I would not purchase again.
