You can always order meat and vegetables at any restaurant to keep eating the low carb way, but sometimes you want to try something more adventurous -- and know what you are eating. Many chains are capitalizing on this trend by creating custom low-carb menus. I will be adding to this list.

I prefer to eat at home. These places are expensive and the food quality is very poor by comparison. If it was an emergency and I had no food I might eat there but probably not.
